Enhancing the MyVisit Service for LifeLabs

Objective
Transform and integrate the MyVisit webpage from an external portal to the LifeLabs website, improving the user experience for booking in-home appointments like bloodwork.
The Challenge
LifeLabs required a significantly more intuitive and integrated approach for their MyVisit service. Previously, users were redirected to an external portal, leading to a disjointed experience. To address that, the following project objectives were set:
- Seamless Integration: Merging the MyVisit service with the main LifeLabs website without compromising user experience.
- User-Centric Design: Enhancing the page for easy navigation, especially for mobile users.
- Postal Code Functionality: Implementing a postal code finder to streamline the appointment booking process.
- Content Clarity: Ensuring that the information provided was both informative and easy to understand for all users.

We took a comprehensive approach to revamping the MyVisit page:
- Migrating to LifeLabs Website: We relocated MyVisit, integrating it seamlessly into LifeLabs’ main website.
- Redesign and Logic Overhaul: We redesigned various components for a more logical flow, particularly for the postal code finder, ensuring users could easily check service availability.
- Streamlined Navigation: We smoothly transitioned to the MyCareCompass portal for appointment bookings.
- Content Revision: Our team re-wrote and restructured the content, adding a 'How it Works' section for clear guidance on what patients can expect.
